I am writing in regards to Craig Timm and his Handyman Service. 

I have employed Craig numerous times over the past eighteen months. First, through my former work position as the director of the Family Support Center and, since I was so impressed with his professionalism and work ethic, my husband and I have hired him to complete a number of household projects for us.

At the Family Support Center Craig provided a variety of services including; yard clean up, repairing of furniture, cosmetic repairs of walls and flooring, pest control, and other miscellaneous projects.  His fees are reasonable and the work is always excellent.  In fact, there have been times when Craig was asked to finish or fix projects done by other individuals.

Craig is always on time and well prepared. His work is detailed and skilled.  He recently painted four interior rooms of our home and the work is beautiful!  I would absolutely recommend Craig Timm and the service he provides.  I have worked with many so-called “professionals” over the past 20+ years I have been a homeowner in Cedar City and very few have lived up to my expectations.  Craig is one of those few.  I will definitely use him for projects in the future.

I had my washer's pump go out. Craig was here when he said he would (a few minutes early in fact!), and fixed the problem quickly, professionally, and for about $50 less then the other quotes I got.

I would definitely use him again for those projects that are beyond my ability to fix.

​I have hired Timm for about six jobs from small jobs at my rental property to building a wall for me. I am very demanding but he always is a step ahead of me. He sends pictures, he has professional quotes, and he does great work. He's fees are reasonable. Once my wife overpaid him and he immediately told us (I wouldn't have caught it). I highly recommend his company. The world would be a better place if there were more Handyman Timms in the world
